Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead with purpose and contribute to breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected and compassionate world. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute strategies to equip the sales organization with necessary information, content, expertise, and tools for more effective selling. - Optimize buyer interactions to enhance pipelines, relationships, and opportunities while improving communication. - Utilize knowledge of buyer behavior and go-to-market processes to create continuous training opportunities through various methods. - Create and deliver content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to achieve company business goals including building client relationships, identifying client needs, explaining how company products and services meet those needs, and capturing opportunities within client accounts. - Utilize sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies. - Continuously evaluate and implement new and improved deployment methods. - Collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Global Communications & Corporate Marketing to ensure adequate support for sales and marketing functions. **Qualifications Required:** - High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement or sales support, or equivalent experience. - Associates Degree with 1+ year(s) of experience, or Baccalaureate Degree. - For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
