Position Overview: Job Title: AM Operations Department: Program/Product Location: Gurugram (HQ) Reports To: Business Head Type of Position: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager (AM) - Operations with a strong academic background and a passion for operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a B.Tech graduate from an IIT or an A-grade institution, with 1-3 years of experience in operations management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely execution of tasks. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce operational costs. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between departments. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key operational metrics, analyze performance, and generate reports for senior management. Problem-Solving: Address operational issues, find effective solutions, and ensure minimal disruption to business activities. Project Management: Lead or assist in the execution of operational projects aimed at improving business processes. Skills & Qualifications: Education: B.Tech from IIT or an A-grade institution. Experience: 1-3 years in operations or project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle operational challenges with innovative solutions. Tools & Systems: Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, etc.) and ERP systems. Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership skills, even in smaller teams or projects.
