Role & responsibilities

Inbound Telesales Executive Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handling Incoming Calls

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries and sales calls.
Understand customer needs and provide accurate product or service information.

2. Sales Conversion

Identify sales opportunities during inbound interactions.
Promote relevant products or services and convert inquiries into successful sales.

3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Build trust and rapport with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Deliver personalized recommendations based on customer requirements.

4. Objection Handling & Negotiation

Address customer doubts and objections confidently.
Offer suitable solutions and close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Share daily/weekly sales performance and call summaries with supervisors.

5. Target Achievement

Consistently meet individual and team sales targets (revenue, conversion, AHT, etc.).
Optimize every interaction to improve conversion rates and overall performance.

6. Compliance & Quality Adherence

Follow sales scripts, organizational policies, and compliance guidelines.
Ensure each interaction meets quality and service standards.
