Role & responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Drafting JD, Sourcing, Screening, offering & On-boarding . Collaborating with Business Leaders & all the Stakeholders to ensure business gets the right set of employees and with required skill and behavior within defined TAT & the budget. Induction, Employee Experience, Engagement & ER: Planning & execution of complete 3 days Induction including- Functional Training, HR Induction, Cross-functional Induction, Role roadmap discussion with L1, Buddy & Mentorship program in coordination with Functional Heads & Senior Management. Driving 30-60-90 Employee connect Program for New-hires & Team-Talk-Tuesday (Monthly connect) for all the employees in order to enhance employee delight. Preferred candidate profile MBA with 4-7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience Excellent Communication & Collaboration Skills Strong IQ & Analytical Skill Must be good in Excel & PPT
