Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Indore for an Assistant/Associate/Professor in Pharmacy. The faculty member will be responsible for conducting lectures, mentorship of students, guiding research projects, and contributing to curriculum development. Additional responsibilities include participating in departmental meetings, student assessments, and contributing to the overall development of the Pharmacy department.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology, and Pharmacy Practice
  • Experience in Research, Curriculum Development, and Academic Mentorship
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Capability to contribute to Accreditation and Quality Improvement Processes
  • Relevant teaching experience and a track record of published research
  • Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a related field preferred
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and digital platforms
