Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Vice President, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Vice President will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure company goals are met. Responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing professional real estate advisory services. Additionally, the role involves monitoring industry trends, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports for senior management. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Experience in market research, financial analysis, and business strategy development Excellent client relationship management and interpersonal skills Professional real estate advisory experience Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate management software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred Prior experience in the real estate industry or a similar role is advantageous Show more Show less
