Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Vice President of Sales and Operations, based in Pune. The Assistant Vice President will be responsible for spearheading the sales strategy, managing sales operations, overseeing account management, and driving business development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing sales plans, managing the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves collaborating closely with other departments to ensure integrated operational efficiency and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations Strong skills in Account Management and Business Development Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work on-site in Pune Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred Experience in the financial services industry is a plus Show more Show less
