Role Accountability Develop IAM Governance framework, support compliance and risk management activities- provide input on capabilities and methods used for IAM Governance, and driving improvements Own the Identity and Access certifications process as mandated by the enterprise policy and regulatory compliance requirements Provide consultation to support the design, integration and operational processes to enable business functions as they align the various technology products that support IAM to their security, risk management and compliance framework Define, update/validate and monitor appropriate Access structure to protect the business from unauthorized Access and to ensure regulatory compliance Ensure procedures related to account Access administration and SOPs are clearly documented, updated and adhered to Provide thought leadership and coordinate with IAM Operations team to Drive Governance Support the development of whitepapers, case studies, technical blue prints for IAM architectures and services Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence Measures of Success Timely and accurate development, Implementation and Sustaining of IAM Governance program at the enterprise level Enhance IAM certification by automating wing to wing process Timely and in-budget conduct of IAM certification exercise as per the policy requirements Timely management and reporting of IAM governance related KRAs and metrics No adverse observation in Internal / external audits Timely remediation of any findings or recommendations made by any of the internal or external assessors Process Adherence as per MOU Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications IAM, PAM domain knowledge with capabilities to integrate core security/IT/Business solutions. Extensive knowledge of LDAP authentication methods, processes and tools, Oracle IAM tool and processes. Deep understanding of PAM capability from vendor OEMs like ARCON, CyberArk etc. Familiarity with Cloud technology and an understanding of the impact of dynamic computing on the Identity domain. Strong knowledge and understanding of enterprise IT Systems, cloud infrastructure and security principles and technologies Industry standard certifications such as CIAM, Oracle IAM, OKTA Understanding of Identity Access Management solutions Prior experience with SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, Unix, Microsoft AD, and MFA desired. Strong experience in Project management, problem solving and operationalization of resources. Competencies critical to the role Process Orientation Result Orientation Stakeholder Management Analytical Ability Qualification Bachelor s Degree/B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or any other relevant discipline Preferred Industry FSI
