As an Assistant Manager in our Training department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our employees and ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Position Overview: The Assistant Manager Training is responsible for leading and managing the training operations for the team. You will ensure the effective delivery of training programs, monitoring performance, conducting assessments, and continuously improving the learning and development initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in training, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for developing talent in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: Lead and deliver effective training sessions for new hires and existing employees across various functions, ensuring high-quality and engaging content delivery. Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs based on performance data, business objectives, and evolving market trends. Curriculum Development: Assist in designing, updating, and customizing training materials and programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. Team Leadership: Lead a team of trainers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Ensure all trainers are equipped with the necessary resources and skills to succeed. Performance Management: Track and analyze trainee progress through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Implement improvements to training programs based on results. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, operations, and client teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment between training and business goals. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through regular feedback and assessments, continuously refining the approach to meet the needs of the business. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, certifications, and progress reports. Provide regular updates to senior management on the effectiveness of training initiatives. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in (ANY), Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Training or Learning & Development (e.g., CPLP, ATD, Six Sigma Certification) are a plus. Experience: Minimum 6 years of allover experience & 2 Years in Assistant Manager training and development, within the BPO industry only. Language: should have good communication skills in both English and Hindi (fluency required) Skills: Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design. Proficient in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on insights. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Technical Skills: MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with e-learning tools and training platforms is a plus. Key Competencies: Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead a team of trainers while ensuring a positive and motivating environment. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify issues and implement solutions. Client Focus: Ability to understand client needs and adapt training programs to align with business goals.
