Role Overview: Live Gig Research & Coordination Scout cafes, hotels, and venues for potential performances. Reach out and coordinate with event organizers. Stay aligned with trends in India’s indie music scene. Content & Social Media Support Help with Instagram growth, reels boosting, and post management. Assist in video editing and ideation for cover songs. Bring your creative eye to improve brand presence online. You Should Be: A music lover with a knack for content and marketing. Familiar with platforms like Instagram and editing tools (CapCut, VN, etc.). Resourceful, communicative, and willing to grow with the team. Perks & Compensation Fixed stipend: ₹5,000/month during the 2-month probation period. Healthy performance-based incentives (10% of gigs booked after 3).
