Job Description

Lead and manage all technical services at assigned facilities, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and industry standards
Ensure zero downtime and smooth operation of all electro-mechanical equipment through effective preventive maintenance programs
Oversee and coordinate comprehensive preventive maintenance activities as per the 52-weekend PPM calendar
Monitor critical equipment status and implement proactive measures to prevent failures
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of plumbing and carpentry services, reporting any system deficiencies or breakages promptly
Maintain fire and life safety equipment in compliance with regulatory standards and contractual requirements
Implement and manage approved energy projects according to agreed scope of work
Develop and execute operational programs and load shedding strategies to optimize energy consumption during non-business hours
Monitor energy usage during non-operational periods (nights, weekends, holidays) as part of energy conservation initiatives
Prepare and submit regular sustainability reports covering energy, water, and waste management metrics
Identify and propose innovation opportunities to enhance sustainability performance
Submit comprehensive monthly reports on preventive maintenance, equipment operation, and energy conservation
Maintain regular interaction with Building Management teams to resolve operational issues
Work on automation projects and central/remote monitoring solutions for critical equipment to enhance service delivery.
Supervise and coordinate on-the-job training for technical service team members
Ensure all team members and vendors adhere to safety guidelines and requirements
Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
Excellent project management and reporting skills
