Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Team Leader with 2 to 8 years of experience to manage and upload data on our software, lead the cold calling team, and assist the Manager. This position is based in Gurgaon/Gurugram.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and upload data on our software.
Lead the cold calling team to achieve sales targets.
Assist the Manager in daily operations.
Prepare and analyze reports to improve process efficiency.
Contact third parties to implement process improvements.
Coordinate with team members to meet sales goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO or ITES industry.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Proficient in MS-Excel and Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Experience in team management and coordination.
Exposure to international BPO processes.
Must be able to prepare and analyze reports.
Should be able to contact third parties for process improvement as needed.
