Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and assist with day-to-day basic operations of the Distribution Center (DC). Take primary ownership of manpower planning and recruitment activities. Ensure timely, sufficient, and efficient hiring of delivery personnel and support staff to meet operational needs. Coordinate with internal teams to track staffing requirements and close gaps without delay. Maintain a proactive approach to recruitment, ensuring zero disruption to DC performance.
