Job Summary

The Assistant Teacher will primarily be responsible for taking care of children, supporting their emotional, social, and physical development, and assisting in day-to-day classroom activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are caring, patient, and passionate about working with children.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and care to children throughout the day
• Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Support children with basic needs including meals, hygiene, and nap times
• Monitor student behavior and well-being, and report any concerns to the lead teacher
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere where each child feels valued
• Engage children in creative play, storytelling, and interactive learning
• Accompany children during outdoor play and school events
• Communicate effectively with teachers and parents when required

Qualifications

• Any degree
• Prior experience working with young children is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English and local language
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in child development
• Basic understanding of classroom safety and hygiene protocols

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• teaching : 1 year (Preferred)
