Assistant teacher in Primary Years Programme (Grade 1 to 5)

Aarth Universal School, Surat looking for a flexible, passionate Float/Assitant Teacher to join our IB PYP team. This role involves stepping into various classrooms to lead lessons, support instruction, and ensure smooth learning when teachers are absent or need assistance.

Key Responsibility:

• Deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons (training provided)
• Support classroom management and student engagement
• Collaborate with teachers to implement quality learning experiences
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive environment
• Provide feedback on student progress

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s in Education or related field
• Strong classroom experience (IB not required, training provided)
• Adaptability, teamwork, and strong communication skills
• Passion for holistic, student-centered learning
