Assistant Store Manager

Role Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager at Traya, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations at the Clinic/Store. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer experiences, driving product understanding, and maintaining operational excellence within the clinic. Responsibilities: - Ensure every customer is welcomed and guided through their visit in a warm and professional manner - Help resolve any customer concerns or queries related to treatment, appointments, or products - Support in conducting scalp tests or consultations where required - Monitor daily store opening/closing activities - Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and stocked with required inventory - Assist with managing appointments, walk-ins, and escalations - Support the coaching team in explaining treatment kits, product usage, and reorder benefits - Up-sell or recommend suitable products based on customer history and needs - Help with kit making and App onboarding whenever needed - Coordinate with doctors, coaches, and the backend team to ensure seamless clinic functioning - Act as a point of contact in the absence of a manager - Maintain shift rosters and ensure timely updates are shared - Track footfall and daily sheet, maintain MIS reports - Ensure accurate inventory management from receipt to usage - Raise any requirements for stock replenishment or support material Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field preferred - 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (retail, wellness, healthcare) preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Office Sheets - Comfortable with tech-based processes (App Usage and CRM Tools) About the Company: Traya is a direct-to-consumer hair care brand platform that provides a holistic treatment for consumers dealing with hair loss.
