Assistant Store Manager

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
• Assist in store management, including staff supervision, shift scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Implement retail loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and maintain store security.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and contribute to achieving store targets.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Handle cash management, daily reconciliations, and compliance with company policies.

• Proven experience in retail/customer service, preferably in electronics or consumer durables.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage customers and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and loss prevention techniques.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS & ERP systems.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
