Job Description

As a Store Operations Manager, your role will involve managing day-to-day store operations to enhance overall engagement and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring guest relations and the administrative section - Addressing and resolving customer complaints - Implementing company plans, policies, processes, and procedures - Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and organization of the store - Managing below-the-line marketing and administrative activities - Promoting a performance-driven culture in the team - Informing team members of upcoming events and promotions - Conducting inventory analysis and maintaining stock levels - Observing safety and security procedures - Comparing operational expenses to identify losses and recommend profit ideas - Supporting cash and stock tallying processes - Generating marketing MIS reports and analyzing market trends - Analyzing call center reports to manage customer inquiries In addition to your responsibilities, you will be expected to identify learning needs for the team and yourself, provide requirements to the Learning & Development team, and ensure completion of mandatory training programs.
