Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Shift Operations Management

Supervise daily store operations during assigned shifts.
Ensure timely opening/closing of the restaurant.
Monitor order accuracy, speed of service, and overall operational efficiency.

2. Team Supervision & Training

Guide and motivate crew members to maintain service standards.
Assist in staff training, onboarding, and performance support.
Delegate tasks and ensure proper shift-wise manpower allocation.

3. Customer Service Excellence

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations promptly.
Maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across all customer-touch areas.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

Assist with stock checks, inventory control, and placing replenishment orders.
Monitor wastage, portioning, and usage of raw materials.
Ensure adherence to food safety and quality guidelines.

5. Compliance & Standards

Maintain adherence to brand SOPs, FSSAI norms, and QSR hygiene standards.
Ensure documentation, checklists, and safety logs are updated daily.
Conduct regular audits of equipment, workstation cleanliness, and staff grooming.

6. Sales & Reporting

Support in achieving daily sales targets and upselling initiatives.
Manage cash handling, billing, and shift-level financial reporting.
Prepare shift reports and share performance metrics with management.
