About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant to SAP Consultant. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting senior consultant in maintaining the SAP system. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with SAP software and contribute to the success of our BAU. Responsibilities (but not limited to) Collaborate with our SAP Business One consultant to understand user requirements and assist in providing solutions. Can assist in providing L0 and L1 level support Provide end-user training, support BAU, and create a knowledge base. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP modules and integrations via a ticketing system. Can quickly jot down meeting notes and follow-up summaries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP Business One experience. Understanding of enterprise resource planning fundamentals flows, and concepts. Basic knowledge of SAP Business One modules, working, and their integration. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiar with SQL Queries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
