We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Sales Manager to spearhead our offline growth. This role involves generating leads, building lasting client relationships, exploring new revenue opportunities, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute impactful campaigns. With significant autonomy and the potential to lead a team in the near future, this is a growth-focused opportunity for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients in the offline market
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and database
Deliver persuasive sales pitches and drive conversions
Manage relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and fitness/yoga partners
Conduct market research and prepare performance reports
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns
Key Skills
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Experience required is 2-5 years
Strong sales pitch and negotiation ability
Experience in yoga, fitness, or wellness sector (preferred)
Proven D2C sales experience
Background in selling tangible products
Good personality with confident & professional approach

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
