We are urgently hiring candidates for the position of Assistant Sales Manager for our leading Real Estate Company at Thane, Mumbai Location. Location: Thane, Mumbai Experience : Minimum 1-4 Years in any sales (Banking/Insurance/Telecom/FMCG/Real Estate/Edtech) Fresher Candidates with Excellent English Comm skills can also apply. Female candidates preferred. Male Candidates should have a bike. Fuel reimbursement would be between 3k-5k per month JD: Should have experience in calling the clients and convince them to come for the site visit. Experience in working as a Sourcing or Closing Manager can also apply Connecting the various channel partners and developers and activating them for any project. Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure. Ensuring final documents are organized Making available property databases of the area. Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company Catering clients as per their need from the available database
