The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by promoting and selling real estate properties. This role involves leveraging the relationship with the channel partners and to source prospective clients and also building relationships new channel partners and potential clients, providing them with property options, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of sales success. Reports To: GM Sales & Marketing Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Identify, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients. Actively engage with channel partners through, make a network of channel partners, generate prospective clients. Conduct market research to identify new avenues to generate prospective clients. Actively engage with clients through cold calling, networking, and follow-ups. Client Consultation: Understand clients' real estate needs and recommend appropriate property options. Provide property details, schedule viewings, and conduct property visit. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals. Follow up with channel partners, clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and competitors. Provide clients with current market data and insights to aid their decision-making process. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager on a daily basis. Requirements Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: Proven experience of 2 3 years in sales of real estate (experience of luxury real estate sales of minimum 1 year is preferred). Strong understanding of real estate market trends. Skills & Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent negotiation skills Customer-focused with a strong ability to build rapport. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
