Handling of the billing system and maintenance of ledger details to monitor the cash flow. Monitor inventory levels, handle logistics, and manage store visual merchandising. Analyze sales data, implement marketing strategies, and contribute to business growth. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Graduated with a background in retail management or a related field. Proven experience in managing a retail store and driving sales performance. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide the team. Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering top-notch service.
