Job Title: Branch Manager – Neofit Gym Location: Dhanvantri Nagar, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh Working Hours: Morning – 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM IST Evening – 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST Job Description: Neofit Gym is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Branch Manager for its Dhanvantri Nagar location in Jabalpur. The ideal candidate will oversee gym operations, manage staff, and drive gym membership growth while ensuring top-tier service quality. Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily gym operations and staff performance Promote gym memberships and fitness packages to walk-in and online leads Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and membership conversions Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Maintain records of leads, conversions, and customer feedback Handle daily cash and online transactions and oversee all payments Support marketing campaigns and promotional events Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service Ensure gym cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and high service standards Schedule and conduct weekly team meetings Report sales performance and branch operations to senior management Requirements: Good knowledge of sales and customer interaction Excellent communication and convincing skills Experience in fitness or service industry preferred Strong leadership and financial handling skills Contact Details: Email: neofitgym1@gmail.com Mobile: 7089333222, 7049333222 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Morning shift Night shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
