Role Description

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting sales operations and strategy execution. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, supporting end-to-end sales processes, and meeting sales targets. You will collaborate with the sales team to devise plans for sales growth and execute customer engagement strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role, based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and skills in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Closing Sales Deals
• Competence in Client Relationship Management and Business Development
• Proficiency in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Negotiation
• Basic understanding of technical products in printing and coding solutions (e.g., inkjet printers, labeling machines) is preferred
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies effectively
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Past experience in sales, especially in the technology or industrial equipment industries, is an advantage
