Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for assisting in managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include market research, sales reporting, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and achieving sales targets
• Developing and implementing sales strategies and market research
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software
