Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in New Delhi. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, and conducting market research. Daily tasks include assisting in the development of sales strategies, preparing sales reports, coordinating with other departments, and engaging with clients to understand their needs. The role also includes providing product demonstrations and handling customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer engagement skills
• Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and coordinating with departments
• Experience in technical product demonstrations is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the industrial equipment supply sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
