Assistant Sales Manager

Role Overview: As the Assistant Sales Manager at Hitachi High-Tech India Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for supporting the sales operations and business development activities. Your role will involve working on trading business development, sales management, customer trouble management, budgeting, reporting, translation, interpretation, coordination with internal stakeholders, and participation in industry events. Key Responsibilities: - Work on trading business development and operations. - Manage sales activities and handle customer issues. - Coordinate during international vendor visits to India. - Prepare budgets and reports for the Head Office. - Provide translation and interpretation services when required (English to Japanese & Japanese to English). - Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Admin, Finance, and Export Control. - Represent the company in industry events for networking and positioning. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Japanese Language skills at N1 level (preferable) or N2 level. - Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Minimum of 12 years of experience working in a Japanese Trading Company. Exception in experience may be considered for candidates with exceptional Japanese knowledge. - Previous living experience in Japan will be preferred. - Educational background with Japanese Language skills at N1 (preferable) or N2 level.
