We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Sales to drive sales and market expansion in the Chennai region . Job Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Promote Chime Polymers’ engineering plastics in the Chennai region. Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to strategize sales approaches. Customer Support: Provide technical guidance and product recommendations to clients. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution. Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Polymer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in polymer sales & marketing (engineering plastics preferred). Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of engineering plastics and polymer applications. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Location: Candidates must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate.
