Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end sales for residential/commercial real estate direct and through channels. Handle client inquiries, conduct meetings, and provide property consultations based on requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients. Achieve monthly sales targets through direct sales, CP network, and referrals. Conduct site visits, pricing discussions, and deal negotiations for closures. Monitor market trends, competitor inventory, and new project launches. Ensure accurate documentation, booking forms, and coordination with CRM for post-sales activities. Maintain updated MIS of leads, visits, follow-ups, and conversions. Skills Required: Strong negotiation & closure skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Target-oriented with strong follow-up capabilities Education: :Graduate/PG (MBA preferred)
