Assistant Sales Manager

As an Assistant Sales Manager at our company, your role will involve assisting the Sales Manager in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: - Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Monitoring self-performance in the assigned region. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. - Identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to increase sales. - Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions. - Extensive travel required in the South region. Qualifications Required: - Minimum Qualification: Mechanical Engineer degree or Diploma. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is advantageous. - 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a maximum of 4-5 years in swimming pool products. - Proven track record in sales and customer service. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent management and leadership abilities. - Effective communication skills. - Exceptional customer service skills. - Language preference: English, Hindi, Marathi.
