1. Sales Strategy Development: You will be tasked with creating and executing strategies aimed at acquiring new clients and expanding business within the MICE segment.

2. Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients to encourage loyalty and maximize opportunities for repeat business will be essential.

3. Sales Cycle Management: Taking charge of the entire sales processfrom lead identification to negotiation and contract closure—to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for clients.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams such as event planning, operations, and marketing to ensure successful execution of events and overall client satisfaction.

5. Revenue Target Achievement: Your focus will be on driving towards and surpassing revenue targets set specifically for the MICE segment, using effective sales strategies and client management skills.
