Job Description: Assistant Manager – Reservations Location: Delhi Head Offices (H.O.) With a growing footprint in the wellness and leisure travel segments, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – Reservations to lead our reservations function and support our continued growth. Position Summary Assistant Manager Reservations (Male/Female) – Reservations will oversee the end-to-end reservations process, ensuring optimal occupancy and guest satisfaction through efficient booking management and proactive customer engagement. This role includes supervising the reservations team, collaborating with marketing and sales, maintaining OTA and CRM systems, and establishing relationships with travel partners and agents.Key Responsibilities · Lead the reservations operations, ensuring seamless handling of all booking inquiries across online and offline channels . · Supervise and mentor the reservations team to deliver consistent and high-quality customer service. · Maximize room revenue through effective yield management, up-selling, and lead conversion strategies . · Maintain close coordination with travel agents, corporate clients, and OTAs for group and individual bookings. · Ensure reservation systems and guest databases (CRM) are up to date and accurate. · Analyze booking patterns, trends, and conversion ratios, and generate performance reports. · Collaborate with marketing and operations to design offers, campaigns, and promotions that drive bookings. · Address guest queries and grievances professionally and promptly. · Ensure compliance with SOPs, pricing policies, and data integrity across platforms. Candidate Profile - Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management , Business Administration , or related field. - 4 –5 years of progressive experience in reservations , front office, or travel sales within a reputed hospitality brand . - Prior team handling experience preferred. Key Skills & Competencies · Strong verbal and written communication skills . · Proficiency in hotel reservation systems , PMS, Channel Manager and CRM platforms . · Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilitie s. · Sound understanding of revenue management, OTA management , and lead nurturing. · Customer-centric with a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness.
