Job Description

Key Responsibilities Quality Control:

➢ Assist in planning and conducting quality control inspections, tests, and audits.

➢ Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

➢ Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformances.

➢ Support the implementation of quality control procedures and standards.

➢ In the absence of the QA manager, the creation of certificates of analysis involves preparing detailed documentation that certifies the quality and characteristics of each product batch.

➢ When the QA Manager is unavailable, the Assistant QA manager must ensure that release procedures for finished products are followed and oversee the product's release. Quality Assurance:

➢ Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance plans and procedures

. ➢ Review and approve quality records and documentation.

➢ Coordinate with other departments to ensure that quality requirements are met

. ➢ Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Supplier Quality

: ➢ Assist in managing supplier quality relationships.

➢ Conduct supplier audits and evaluations. ➢ Ensure that suppliers are providing quality products and services

Regulatory Compliance:

➢ Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards.

➢ Support the preparation of regulatory submissions and approvals.

➢ Stay updated on industry regulations and trends. Team Management:

➢ Lead and manage a team of QA personnel.

➢ Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.

➢ Evaluate team performance and provide feedback. Continuous Improvement:

➢ Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

➢ Analyze quality data to identify root causes of problems and implement corrective actions.

➢ Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement tools and techniques. Customer Satisfaction:

➢ Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback.

➢ Support efforts to address customer complaints and improve product quality. Administrative Tasks:

➢ Prepare reports and presentations on quality performance

. ➢ Maintain quality records and documentation.

➢ Assist with budget planning and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
