Job Title: Assistant Purchase Manager Experience: 2–5 Years Qualification: BE / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering Location: Silver Consumer Electricals - Haripar, Rajkot Roles & Responsibilities: Handle procurement of mechanical components, raw materials, and consumables. Coordinate with suppliers for cost negotiations and on-time deliveries. Maintain optimal inventory levels; support inventory audits and control. Assist in vendor development, onboarding, and performance evaluation. Collaborate with supply chain, production, stores, and quality teams. Support New Product Development (NPD) by sourcing prototype materials. Generate and manage MIS reports, purchase orders, and documentation. Track supply schedules and ensure no material shortages or delays. Drive cost optimization initiatives and ensure procurement compliance. Tools & SkillS: ERP Systems (SAP, or similar) Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting) Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills Analytical Thinking & Data Interpretation Knowledge of Mechanical Components & Manufacturing Processes.
