Assistant Project Manager (Interior)

Job Summary:

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The role involves ensuring quality, timely execution, and smooth coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing interior projects as per design and specifications.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and design teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor daily site activities, progress, and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and BOQ.
• Handle material planning, delivery tracking, and inventory at the site.
• Support the Project Manager in budget tracking, cost control, and documentation.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular updates on project status.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively to avoid delays.
• Assist in project handover, snag list closure, and final documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
