Assistant Project Manager

You are invited to apply for the position of Assistant Project Manager in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at IIT Kanpur for a MHRD sponsored project titled Virtual Lab Phase III. Your role will involve communication with colleges through emails and written letters, assisting with presentations at nodal centers, documentation, file management, record-keeping/uploading, and coordination with various stakeholders. It is essential to have a working knowledge of computer-based office applications such as MS Office and PowerPoint, as well as oral communication skills for effective collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with colleges through emails and written letters - Assist in the delivery of presentations at various nodal centers - Manage documentation, files, and record-keeping/uploading - Coordinate with colleges/nodal centers and make presentations - Familiarity with design of slides and browser may be required - Exposure to virtual lab simulator is desirable Qualifications Required: - Post graduate (MBA/MCA/MCom/MSc/MA) OR Graduate (BSc/BA/B Com/BBA/BCA) + 3 years of relevant experience - Working knowledge of computer-based office applications - Strong oral communication skills Salary Range: Rs. 13200 - 1100 - 33000 This is a temporary position for a duration of one year.
