What this job involves: Maintaining smooth site operations Maintaining seamless and orderly drawing transmittals and billing records will be your main agenda every day. In this role, you will take on various site-related tasks, such as solving site design problems, receiving and certifying construction work bills and keeping records for reporting purposes. Aside from these, you will also see to it that the projects comply with corresponding occupational health and safety legislation, standards and codes of practice. Likewise, you will prepare and manage the implementation of the Project Management Project Safety Plan. You will carry out negotiations with contractors and suppliers as well.
