Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Professor role in the Computer Science department at SKF, located in Chandannagar, West Bengal. Responsibilities include delivering lectures, developing and updating curriculum, mentoring students, conducting research, and contributing to the academic and professional growth of the department. The role emphasizes innovative teaching practices and active participation in academic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and related disciplines
• Proficiency in areas such as Programming, Data Science, and Cybersecurity
• Experience in Curriculum Development and the ability to design engaging course content
• Research skills and an interest in contributing to academic and industry research in relevant fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective student mentoring and collaboration
• A Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred; candidates with a Master's degree and significant academic/industry experience will also be considered
