Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and academically strong Assistant Professors across various medical specialties. The ideal candidate should have proven teaching and clinical experience, strong subject knowledge, and the ability to support academic, clinical, and research responsibilities within the department.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct theory and practical classes for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Assist in curriculum planning, academic delivery, and exam preparation.
Supervise clinical duties, OPD/IPD services, and ward rounds (department-specific).
Support research initiatives, publications, and student project guidance.
Maintain academic records, attendance, assessments, and departmental documentation.
Participate in academic committees, faculty meetings, and accreditation activities.
Provide mentorship to students and coordinate academic support when required.
Ensure adherence to NMC guidelines and institutional standards.

Required Candidate Profile

MD/MS/DNB in the relevant specialty from a recognised university.
4-8 years of teaching/clinical experience
as per NMC norms.
Strong theoretical and clinical knowledge in the department applied for.
Effective communication, teaching, and mentoring abilities.
Commitment to academic excellence, patient care, and professional ethics.
