Role Overview

The Management Faculty – Business Analytics will deliver high-quality teaching, mentorship, and curriculum development across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The role requires strong academic expertise, industry understanding, and a passion for student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach UG/PG courses in Business Analytics including:
• Data Analysis
• Machine Learning
• Data Visualization
• Predictive Modeling
• Develop, review, and update course content aligned to industry standards.
• Mentor students for academic, career, and research guidance.
• Supervise research projects, dissertations, and practical learning initiatives.
• Contribute to curriculum enhancement, academic committees, and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with industry professionals and internal teams to improve learning outcomes.
• Stay updated on evolving research and trends in Business Analytics.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or related domain.
• Proven teaching experience or strong industry background in Business Analytics.
• Research experience with publications or grant involvement preferred.
• Hands-on expertise in tools such as Python, R, SAS, and big-data technologies.
• Experience in hybrid/online teaching modes is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and classroom-management skills.
• Commitment to inclusive and diverse learning environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,834.19 - ₹1,345,557.36 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
