Assistant Nursing Supervisor

As a Nurse Manager, your role involves ensuring delivery of safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to all patients. You will be responsible for monitoring compliance with infection control protocols, medication administration, and patient safety guidelines. Addressing patient and family concerns promptly and professionally is a key aspect of your job. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in duty allocation, shift planning, and workload management. - Guide and support staff nurses, RMOs, and ward staff in clinical duties. - Monitor performance, punctuality, and discipline of the nursing team. - Provide on-the-job training, orientation, and mentoring for newly joined nurses. - Assist in organizing CMEs, workshops, and skill-development programs. - Encourage continuous professional development and adherence to nursing standards.
