Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to support our marketing team in executing strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing brand consistency, and assisting in the development of promotional materials. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with strong project management skills and a passion for marketing. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events, etc.) Coordinate and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and design to align marketing efforts with overall business goals Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, emails, and web content Monitor and report on campaign performance and marketing KPIs, using tools like Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media insights Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all channels Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 2–3 years of experience in marketing or related roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite) Familiarity with digital marketing tools including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities Creative thinking with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.) Previous experience in a B2B or B2C marketing environment Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress) Show more Show less
