Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for direct sales of residential & commercial properties by presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of available properties. Your main goal will be to convert prospects into closed sales while providing close, personal client attention and conducting tenacious follow-up to ensure the best service. Additionally, you will be in charge of lead generation and managing prospects, including generating new leads through direct mails to prospective customers. You will also handle queries related to site, build strong networking with customers for sales and further references, and be able to do self-sourcing.
