NAOS Skin Care (French Skin Care MNC), is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager to drive brand awareness through strategic, self-executed campaigns. This role requires expertise in managing programmatic ads, DV360, Meta, Google Ads, and other performance tools to amplify our brands reach and engagement. Youll own end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business goals. Role & responsibilities : Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns (DV360, Meta, Google Ads, programmatic platforms) focused on brand lift, reach, and engagement. Create audience targeting strategies using 1st/3rd-party data and contextual signals. A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements to optimize performance. Platform Management: Hands-on execution of campaigns across DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and DSPs. Monitor bids, budgets, and pacing to maximize ROI and brand visibility. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (impressions, CTR, video views, brand lift studies) to measure brand awareness impact. Generate actionable insights and present recommendations to stakeholders. Collaboration: Partner with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging and assets. Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., CTV, AI-driven targeting) to test innovative tactics. Budget Management: Allocate and optimize budgets across platforms to achieve cost-efficient reach. Preferred candidate profile 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on brand awareness. Proficiency in Amazon Ad Manager, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and DSPs . Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.) to derive insights. Proven success in scaling campaigns while maintaining CAC/ROAS targets. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
