Job Description

You will be working as an Assistant Manager in the Corporate HR department at Larsen & Toubro Ltd, based in Powai, Mumbai. Your role will involve driving campus recruitment, branding, analytics, and engagement to build a sustainable talent pipeline. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing recruitment strategies for various roles, managing end-to-end hiring processes, enhancing employer branding through campus activities, developing strategies for trainee retention and integration, tracking recruitment metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and execute recruitment strategies for GETs, PGETs, MBAs, CAs, etc. - Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including assessments, interviews, and onboarding. - Enhance employer branding through campus activities like lectures, hackathons, and competitions. - Execute pre-joining and internship engagement programs to improve conversions. - Develop strategies to ensure trainee retention and integration. - Collaborate with L&D for structured career progression and leadership development programs. - Track and report recruitment metrics, retention trends, and pipeline readiness. - Use data insights to improve recruitment strategies and forecast future needs. - Partner with business leaders and academic institutions to strengthen industry-academia relations. - Represent the organization at career fairs, conclaves, and campus events. - Optimize recruitment processes with innovative tools and platforms. - Ensure cost and resource efficiency while enhancing candidate experience. **Qualification Required:** - 3-4 years of experience preferably in campus recruitment and engagement. - Strong skills in analytics, branding, stakeholder management, and talent planning. - Educational Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR from Premier College This role offers you the opportunity to shape the organization's early talent acquisition strategy, drive its growth through innovative practices, and contribute to successful campus hiring, improved trainee retention, and enhanced employer brand positioning.,
