Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Kolkata. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of housing projects, coordinating with different departments, managing staff, and ensuring timely completion of projects. The role involves regular site visits, supervising construction activities, managing budgets, and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. The Assistant Manager will also handle administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Team Coordination, and Budget Management skills
• Experience in overseeing construction activities and staff supervision
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Knowledge of real estate regulations and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
