Job Description

Role Overview: As a Workspace Experience Manager, your main responsibility is to create a delightful and customer-centric experience for occupants and guests within the assigned portfolio. You will focus on providing an outstanding workspace experience while acting as the single point of contact for daily workspace needs on the office floors and offering counsel to the guests present. Your role will involve active engagement and interfacing with lines of business and occupants to ensure ultimate service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Transforming to the Workspace Team of the future - Creating occupant delight through natural hospitality-oriented communications acumen - Serving as an embedded go-to trusted workspace partner fostering relationships at all levels - Understanding business traits, cadence, and needs - Sharing observations to drive consistent implementation and delivery through nudge behaviors - Acting as a single point of contact for issue resolution and workspace changes within the premises - Problem-solving and resetting space as needed - Providing basic counsel regarding space needs/options as per workspace standards - Establishing direct relationships with client business units and their neighborhood community - Escalating facilities issues to management team when necessary - Participating in ad-hoc projects as required Qualification Required: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in hospitality, hotel & aviation industry, or coworking spaces - Proven ability to initiate and follow improvement initiatives - Strong analytical, organizational, and administration skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite - Bachelor's degree or degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field is an added benefit - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Experience in leading a young millennial team Additional Details of the Company: The company values client focus & relationship management, people management and team leadership, program management & organizational skills, problem-solving & strategic thinking.
