Assistant Manager - US GAAP (Audit)

We are looking for a qualified CA, with proficiency in US GAAP & IFRS.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with 

  US GAAP and IFRS

  , including preparation and review of financial statements.
• Lead and support 

  internal and external audit

   processes, ensuring timely completion and thorough documentation.
• Conduct 

  international audit assignments

  , coordinating with global teams and adhering to cross-border regulatory requirements.
• Perform technical accounting research and provide guidance on complex accounting issues across jurisdictions.
• Assess and strengthen internal controls, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of accounting standards globally.
• Monitor and interpret updates to US GAAP, IFRS, and audit standards, ensuring implementation of relevant changes.
